House Intelligence Committee Investigation Turns to John Kerry, State Department

The investigation of pay-to-play with respect to the Clinton Foundation is ongoing by the FBI’s Little Rock field office.

Thanks for that. I was only loosely-aware of Skolkovo recently and now realize it all tie back to not only the Obama WH but Bill Clinton’s as well via John Podesta.

I’ll have to make time to frame that as piece #7.

Since no one’s correcting me I must have pretty much nailed it.

I was DEFINITELY missing one massive piece to the puzzle in my outline:

7. John Podesta, former WH Chief of Staff for Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton’s 2016 Presidential election campaign chairman and owner/founder of lobbying firm The Podesta Group with his brother Tony, in March 2016 had his gmail account compromised due to his failure to identify one email as a spear-phishing attack.

From those emails it was also revealed that Michael Froman, who is now U.S. trade representative but at the time was an executive at Citigroup and later part of the Obama transition team, wrote an email to Podesta on October 6, 2008, with the subject “Lists.” Froman used a Citigroup email address. He attached three documents: A list of women for top administration jobs, a list of non-white candidates and a sample outline of 31 cabinet-level positions and who would fill them...over a MONTH before Obama’s eventual election and months before all the positions were filled almost to a “T” to Froman’s list.

Citigroup’s Michael Froman had mapped out virtually the entire Obama cabinet a month before votes were counted. This was the same firm which would ultimately become the recipient of the largest bailout from the federal government during the financial crisis. Convenient.

In early 2016 the “Panama Papers” leak revealed that registration forms indicated that the Podesta Group signed up to lobby for the Sberbank of Russia in Washington about a month prior, in early March. The bank has been implicated in a scheme in which leaders worldwide illegally stashed their assets overseas. The form, which was first discovered by the Washington Free Beacon, also lists three affiliated companies. Those include the Luxembourg-based SB International, Cyprus-based SBGB and Troika Dialogue Group, located in the Cayman Islands. The Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project, the collection of journalists responsible for initially reporting on the papers, have indicated that Troika Dialogue and Sberbank are tied to Russian President Vladimir Putin and his associates. Troika reportedly signed away assets to another company, Avto Holdings, owned by Sergei Roldugin, a godfather to Putin’s daughter.

Podesta first made contact with the Russian firm Rusnao in 2011, when he joined the boards and executive committees of three related entities: Boston-based Joule Unlimited; Rotterdam-based Joule Global Holdings; Joule Global Stichting, the company’s controlling interest. All are high-tech renewable energy enterprises. Three months after Podesta’s arrival, Joule Unlimited accepted a 1 billion ruble investment from Rusnano, amounting to $35 million in U.S. currency. The firm also awarded a Joule board seat in February 2012 to Anatoly Chubais, Rusnano’s CEO, who has been depicted as a corrupt figure.

Among Podesta’s leaked emails it was exposed that John Podesta failed to disclose the receipt of 75,000 shares of stock from Kremlin-financed Joule Unlimited, for which John Podesta served as director from 2010 to 2014, when he joined the Obama White House in 2014. Podesta apparently had a large chunk of the shares transferred to “Leonidio Holdings, a brand-new entity he incorporated only on Dec. 20, 2013, about 10 days before he entered the White House,” and failed to disclose the transfer. When he joined President Barack Obama’s White House staff in 2014 as a senior counselor he also failed to reveal his 2011 Joule stock vesting agreement in his government financial disclosure form. Many of these details were revealed by both Podesta’s emails and a Government Accountability Institute (GAI) report published in 2016. Podesta laid the groundwork for converting a Russian state-run corporation to be eligible to invest in the US and later Hillary Clinton’s “Russia Reset” set the stage for targeting of investment opportunities in American technology companies in Boston and Silicon Valley. As well, in May 2010, under Hillary Clinton’s leadership, the Department of State facilitated a visit by 22 American hi-tech and venture capital firms to Skolkovo, Russia’s version of Silicon Valley. This was the foundation of what is being labeled a “massive technology transfer scheme” from American companies to Russian military front companies.

Lucia Ziobro, the special agent in charge at the FBI’s Boston field office, issued an “extraordinary warning” to Boston-area high-tech firms in 2014 about Russian investors to startups like Chubais’ Joule.

Podesta’s emails also show how in 2015 Podesta continued to help Rusnano even though he had left Joule’s boards. Podesta’s lawyer told him he did legal work for the Rosnano president to get on the Joule board.

Under FBI Director Robert Mueller, as the FBI watched the Russian campaign to grow its nuclear energy business in the United States led Russia to the Clintons and to a deal that gave the country control of 20 percent of America’s uranium, with the purchase of mining company Uranium One.

Russian investment bank Renaissance Capital, which was involved in the deal, paid the Clinton Foundation $500,000 for a speech by Bill Clinton. Around the same time, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton signed off on the Uranium One deal for Russia.

Between 2009 and 2013, the Russians assumed control of Uranium One, and The New York Times reported in April 2015 that “a flow of cash made its way to the Clinton Foundation” and that the contributions “were not publicly disclosed by the Clintons, despite an agreement Mrs. Clinton had struck with the Obama White House to publicly identify all donors.”

Mueller in October 2017 began what was at the time “a fact-finding mission” on the Podesta Group’s activities and that mission later turned into a “criminal inquiry into whether the firm violated the Foreign Agents Registration Act, known as FARA.” Tony Podesta is a registered lobbyist for Russia’s largest bank, Sberbank, and was a top campaign bundler and contributor for Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign. Leaked documents from the Panama Papers also revealed that the Podesta Group lobbied Washington on behalf of Sberbank, the source of funding for the Skolkovo Innovation Centre, the Russian Silicon Valley and center of Russian industrial/technology transfers, an overt alternative to passé covert espionage. The U.S. Army Foreign Military Studies Program described the “Skolkovo Foundation” in 2012 as a “vehicle for worldwide technology transfer to Russia in the areas of information technology, biomedicine, energy, satellite and space technology, and nuclear technology.”

The FBI issued a similar warning about the Skolkovo Foundation in 2014. “The FBI believes the true motives of the Russian partners, who are often funded by their government, is to gain access to classified, sensitive, and emerging technology from the companies,” Assistant Special Agent Lucia Ziobro wrote in a Boston Globe op-ed on behalf of the FBI.

Mueller’s FBI response to all this Russian activity was not to file charges against any of these players but, rather, to go after the Trump campaign and later the Trump White House for its Russian “collusion” ties based on – you guessed it – the Steele Dossier. This was the same FBI – then under direction of James Comey – which compelled a witness to the Russian “bribery” campaign sign a nondisclosure agreement and the Obama administration’s Dept. of Justice – then led by Loretta Lynch – barred the witness from testifying before Congress by allegedly threatened to bring criminal charges against the witness if he violated the NDA. Later, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein appointed Mueller to lead the Russia investigations against Trump.
Yeah, it was the Russians who exposed Podesta’s involvement – along with all the other co-conspirators exposed in the GUI Report – by hacking Podesta’s email, thereby shutting down their highly-profitable & lucrative technology transfer scheme (to state nothing of the political influence upon what was supposed to be a new Democrat Presidential administration…and they claim it was Trump who was vulnerable to Russian blackmail).
Yeah, this is all a Donald Trump conspiracy to ensure Hillary Clinton was elected President of the United States to continue what had undeniably become a major international operation funneling Russian rubles into the US economy, greasing many Democrat palms along the way and sending US high technology – including hypersonic missile tech – back to Russia.
Sarcasm: A passive alternative to a righteous response to traitorous activities by those deeply-enmeshed in the Obama administration.

There are so many things to investigate. It just boggles the mind how corrupt these people are. "End justifies the means" communist thinking and "follow the money" all amalgamated into one. The Clintons are so dirty it's just beyond comprehension. It like a John le Carré novel.

Thank you, but it is sad and true. And this is the candidate for sec of state and president? He couldn’t even heave his own medal over the fence in protest at the White House. He’s a confirmed coward and liar any way you look at it.

Retired military members who were awarded legitimate medals for bravery hate this fake with a passion.

His most serious injury was shrapnel in an arm mentioned in his purple heart citation, that was removed at a sick call, an antibiotic dressed, and he was returned to duty. The only real danger there was it was closer to his mouth than when he shot himself in the buttocks for another one. But they did get him out of Vietnam and to a BOP (Base of Preference).

But to add to the list, is, while serving as a reserve naval officer he, on his own, went to France in 1970 and had his own talks with the North Vietnam representatives. And as he was not discharged until 1978, this is considered collaboration with the enemy which is a war crime and considered in service to the enemy. He should have been arrested, been found guilty in a court martial, and imprisoned.

Kerry refused to release his records to the public but he supposedly released them to the Boston Globe who set on them for three years. A freedom of information law suit finally got some paperwork. Hid court papers were never released. One paper he released was posted here some time ago but a JAG type said it was a cover page for disciplinary action. There was quite a discussion here on FR for months.
