Andrew Pollock: on Face the Nation
A man whose 18-year-old daughter was killed during the Parkland, Florida, high school shooting chastised Fox News Chris Wallace and other media Sunday for spending too much time focusing on gun control instead of trying to come up with solutions to making schools safer. Andrew Pollack, whose daughter Meadow was one of the 17 students and teachers killed on Feb. 14 at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, made the comments on Fox News Sunday after Florida Gov. Rick Scott appeared on the show to discuss his school safety proposal, which includes raising the age on gun sales to 21 and banning the sale of bump-stock attachments.Mr. Pollack argued that gun control is too divisive an issue and that school safety is something that most Americans would be able to agree upon.
What you are focusing on polarizing this event, the murder of these kids youre talking about gun control. I just had to listen to you and Gov. Scott talk about gun control, the father said. Gun control is a big issue. No one in America is going to come together on gun control, Chris. You didnt say one thing about fixing it. The American people, we could get together on school safety, but when you polarize it, this event and every other media, we dont care about gun control right now.
Whats someone so smart doing on Face the Nation? I might have high hopes for the new moderator, Margaret Brennan!
Hello all...
The press seems to be slightly off kilter, losing its harmonious message manipulation.
A post just above asks what happened to the Russian Collusion narrative. It's alive and well. No evidence to back it up, mind you, just noticing that the misleading press has not let go.
Did Trump campaign and Kremlin collude? Congress unlikely to provide answer - USA Toady, March 2
The gist of this article is that the DEMs will say yes, and the GOP will say no, so the allegation is still valid even though Congress is partisan.

Meghan McCain vs. Rep. Adam Schiff, March 1, 2018
REP. ADAM SCHIFF: I've certainly said that there is ample evidence of collusion. ... Bob Mueller will make the decision whether there is proof beyond a reasonable doubt ... It is the job of the Congress to tell the American people what happened. Whether it reaches the standard beyond the reasonable doubt, or whether we merely find clear and convincing evidence of collusion.
Mueller looks to be moving 'up the food chain' to ensnare Trump for potential Russian collusion - Sonam Sheth Mar 1st
Trump is the focus -- indeed, the catalyst -- of the obstruction inquiry. But Wednesday's report marks the first time, according to public knowledge, that prosecutors are eyeing the president as they investigate possible collusion with a hostile foreign power.
Mueller can kick up a firestorm of Russian Collusion reports (speculation) by leaking that his crew is investigating the appearance of DNC e-mails at wikileaks. Indeed, such a kick-up happened last week.
Keeping it real.
