• Put a little ⩍ next to the names of those registered voters with death certificates, and detain and put a 72 hour psychiatric hold anyone claiming to be a dead person...
#1 on the list should be: “Wipe out all voter registrations every two years. Make everybody re-register in person.”

Add to that automatic registration expiration every 10 years after which must show up in person and present proof of citizenship to renew it.
