Literally millions of people take trazadone, myself included. The vast majority of people take this as a non narcotic non addictive sleep aid. It is also use as an anti-depressant but rarely used for this today. There are better drugs for depression. I could easily see a law that says, "anyone taking an anti depressant can not have a weapon." This is the slippery slope of gun confiscation.
I have been shooting for 60 of my 69 years on earth. I no longer hunt as the joy of killing left me. I have no problem with hunters and a select few are allowed to hunt on my land. We share the venison and turkey. It tastes great. I have never raised a weapon in anger and hope I never need to. I will raise that weapon without hesitation to protect my family, myself and innocents.
When I was a retail pharmacist I kept a weapon though it was against company policy. I just wanted a chance against a crazed drug addict thief. My plan if ever robbed was to give them the money and drugs without resistance. Hell I would even load up the bag for them if I thought they would not harm myself or staff. The only reason I would have used the weapon is for survival.

We don’t have a “gun violence problem,” we have a “failing families/society problem” that will not be fixed with gun confiscation and background checks.
Is there a warning label on the medication stating that one side-effect might be homocidal or suicidal thoughts? I'm suspicious that we aren't learning all we should about some of these mass killings.
