They’ve had the same 30 years and are likely beyond us also. Does Putin team up with them, to put an end to US domination once and for all? Time will tell!!!
It does not matter how fast your missile are if you never get them in the air and they are smoking holes in the ground. If you made a first strike Putin and managed to get some birds up, there would be nothing left standing in Russia to gloat about for then next thousand years.
