I am only sure of one thing concerning
Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin....He did not amass unto himself all the billions in stolen oil money, only to try and spend it in the ‘hereafter’
Vladimir is in this for the long hall.
What else can Putin say?
* His economy sucks and hasn’t moved beyond primitive resource reliance...
* 20% of his people are below the poverty line
* He claimed “Mission Accomplished” in Syria only to then have dozens of un-uniformed “mercenaries” return to their wives and children in body bags in the past few weeks alone...
* He had to hide the urine of his doped up 2014 Olympic athletes.
* His alliances rely on rogue regimes like Iran, Syria, and North Korea.
But by gosh darn it: he has nukes. He is still 5 foot 7, divorced, and balding....

May be its time to develop a nuclear rocket (many competing designs) which Russia says it is doing, and be able to quickly launch a space-based spacecraft carrier defense system, if need be. Cannot find it on Walmart though.
Nuclear thermal rocket design has been around for a long time.
Very high performance, but an accidental breach would spread fallout over a wide area.
Both the Russians and the US have tested the engines.
