Cruz had a history of domestic violence, violent behavior, mental illness and threats that should have been covered by the questions in Section 11 b,c,f,h, and i.

The reason he was able to get away with an answer of no to those sections was because of the Obama DOJ and Broward Sheriff Dept’s policy of willful inaction on school age criminal behavior.

There are more than enough laws on the books, the problem was Obama era policy implemented by the Broward Schhol Board and the Broward Sheriff to ignore school student's criminal behavior that circumvented and frustrated the existing laws on the books.

Yet, that information was not presented by Trump and is being vastly underreported as the hysterical rush to ban guns and demonize the NRA gathers steam. Trump's slap at the NRA today is going to cost him and he needs all the support possible to fend off Mueller and rabid Left.

I'll leave Obama out of this but will include the mental health professionals, two I believe, he consulted. At the insistance of the school. There are plenty of laws on the books to have prevented him from legally getting a firearm. There were no professionals willing to get involves, despite dozens of incidents.
