If you say Im crazy and I am not then you will have issues to face such as slander lawsuit and false arrest. But if I am crazy and armed then the guns have to be seized along with the cars keys and kids. The legal necessities can litigated later.
Crazy people wth guns have no right to due process before the guns are seized. I did not say crazy people had no rights to due process. Just like a drunk person with a car has no right to due process prior to seizing their keys.

Nobody said anything about arresting you, just taking your guns, so forget that part of your argument. The other part (a slander lawsuit) would require you to prove you are not crazy, in other words, proving your innocence. We don't do things that way in this country. Here we are innocent until proven guilty. You must be crazy not to have known that.
