after several readings, I figured out that he’s now killed 3 cellmates. Someone in authority put him in the same cell as a pedophile who tried to lure a 9 y/o boy into his car but was ruled incompetent to stand trial. Accident? Or plan?

What about the other one who was simply jailed for robbery? Did that deserve a death sentence? Or the one killed in 2015?
