Rep. David N. Cicilline (D-RI) and numerous Democrat colleagues in the House are pushing an assault weapons ban that would prohibit high capacity magazines and 205 different firearms.
The Providence Journal reports that Cicillines bill, HR 5087, would prohibit the sale, transfer, production, and importation of semi-automatic rifles and pistols that have a magazine or can accept a magazine that can hold more than 10 bullets, and any ammunition-feeding device that can hold more than 10 bullets.

Not gonna happen.
We need to ban abortion at all facilities that do not include a fully-equipped emergency room.
It’s for safety.
DNC is pushing to ban hunting rifles such as the Ruger American bolt action.
It has the ability to accept magazines that hold more than 10 rounds.
WOWOWOWOWOWOW!!!!!
DNC is pushing to make a Ruger 10/22 illegals.
It can take a magazine capable for holding more than 10 rounds.
Not good at all. Would make SO many illegal. They are so full of it.
The DNC is trying to incite civil insurrection.
The DNC also hate Tax Dollars ,then
Can I just say that this freaking Dem Dweeb does not even equate the IQ of a Peanut butter sandwich? Hundreds of Union Teachers in Little Rhody turn to for his “times”
It’s like going to a wake... they actually think it is “rule”!!
Nitwits all.
their need to disarm the populace is directly proportional to their fear of the populace
Calling Mr. O’Rourke...Mr. P.J. O’Rourke...please add this one to your list...

Not to mention 140 year old Winchester tube fed magazine rifles that hold more than 10 rounds (or bullets, as they call them).
I have a 35 year old Remington Nylon 66 with a 14 round tubular magazine. A real assault rifle........if you are a very slow squirrel.
It’s for the children’s lives.
“would prohibit the sale, transfer, production, and importation of semi-automatic rifles and pistols that have a magazine or can accept a magazine that can hold more than 10 bullets, and any ammunition-feeding device that can hold more than 10 bullets.
The most popular .22 rifle in the history of man is the Marlin Model 60, in continuous production since 1960.
11 million have been produced and sold.
And a mighty fine rifle it is. I’ve owned 3 through the years.
It has a tubular magazine that holds 17 rounds. And you can buy extras.
