Federal Law already gives a gun dealer the right to refuse to make the sale for ANY reason.
I briefly worked for a gun dealer years ago, and exercised this a few times when dealing with purchasers who gave me a queasy vibe.
Common sense should dictate.
One day a friend and FFL dealer came back from lunch, he was reviewing the paperwork and saw the Xerox of a guy in a turban.
He howled “who sold the gun to the raghead!!?”
I said relax, he is a Sikh, they are on our side
