If I might! Things I see wrong with this report. They called it an assault rifle. No caliber for the AR 15 listed. They have 17 counts of premeditated murder but..... only have 13 victims listed. They also have no assault with a deadly weapon charges. There were wounded. Even if the names need to be redacted, they should still be there!

It’s not uncommon to list enough charges to justify keeping the suspect in jail at the time of booking, then add additional charges when the formal charge is prepared. That’s probably what the story is here.

Only 13 victims listed on the addendum page, because the other four are listed — two each — on two prior pages of the report, because the report form only allows enough room for the names of two victims per page.

The report does name all 17 victims.
