Sounds logical. But then you think about the young Asian ROTC student, the coach, and another teacher who did risk suicide in a (reckless?) attempt to save “even” children — and died doing it.

I don't want any cop to die in my place. If a cop can save us both - I'm grateful. But I don't want anyone dying in my place when there was no chance he could survive.

Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous personthough perhaps for a good person one would dare even to die.
