A person close to accused Florida shooter said she wanted ‘clear conscience’ if he ‘just starts shooting’
A person close to the teenager accused of killing 17 people at a Florida high school warned the FBI she was concerned he would “get into a school and just shoot the place up,” according to a transcript of her call with a bureau tip line operator more than a month before the massacre.
More recently, Mr. Cruz “switched it to he wants to kill people,” the unidentified woman told the operator in a somewhat rambling conversation.
“Something is gonna happen,” she said. “Because he’s, he doesn’t have the mental capacity. He can’t, he’s so outraged if someone talks to him about certain things.”
The transcript, reviewed by The Wall Street Journal, provides chilling detail about the woman’s efforts on Jan. 5 to warn authorities about Nikolas Cruz’s propensity for violence and his troubled past. The caller’s identification was redacted from the transcript.
“You know, it’s just so much,” she said on the call. “I know he’s—he’s going to explode.” She said she was making the call because she wanted a “clear conscience if he takes off and, and just starts shooting places up.” [snip]
The FBI last week acknowledged receiving such a call, which it said was from a person close to Mr. Cruz. But the transcript, and the stark nature of the caller’s precise warnings about Mr. Cruz’s disturbing actions and volatile temperament, previously hasn’t been made public.
The caller began by saying Mr. Cruz had the mental capacity of a 12- or 14-year-old. She said he had started posting messages on his Instagram account that he wanted to kill himself and she’d alerted police to that threat, but wasn’t sure what happened in that investigation.

I just read today that there was never a law passed officially creating the FBI. For real. Think about that.
There is no “Official Charter” establishing the FBI by Congress, and saying what its purpose should be.
I never knew that! Perhaps we could start there.
It also means Trump can dissolve the entire FBI with an EO. Congress never established it by law, so they can’t do squat. Not that I recommend that.
Can you post the entire transcript please. I doubt there’s any copyright protection on a transcript of a phone call to the FBI. Thanks
Interesting - the people taking care of Cruz asked Cruz to give them the $25,000 to him to “invest.”
Then, a few days after the shooting, they asked to be given control of Cruz’s $800,000 inheritance.
A lot of money, and a lot of lawyers piling on.

If you wanted to set up a false flag op the is the exact type of person you would seek out. The girl said something like “He would get so mad when people were talking to him.” I wonder who was talking to him? Just sayin....
The entire inheritance should be given to the family of Cadet Peter Wang.
I think I’ll stick with me being responsible for the protection of myself and family. I know it’s an old fashioned notion to have personal responsibility for anything.
The FBI is willing to take out a duly elected president. I’d say anything is possible these days.
Follow up - this is confusing - where he was, and who he stayed with. I may have been wrong above, it would take some sorting out. Perhaps it may not be the people he was staying with when he went on his killing spree are the ones who want control of the inheritance, but it’s confusing.

Whose record of the recording/transcript is this? I find it hard to believe the FBI would release the transcript of the call. Perhaps the caller recorded it and has boxed in the FBI.
It's a pretty simple racket, and the press helps them pull it off.
Makes calling the tip into the FBI take on a whole different flavor, eh?
The FBI doesn't have to go looking for hit men, the public offers them up.
