A new municipal ID designed primarily for illegal immigrants will be accepted in Chicago as a valid form of identification to register to vote.
The CityKey will be a government-issued photo identification card available to all Chicago residents regardless of immigration status, criminal record, housing status, or gender identity, according to the city clerk’s website.

How about a positive spin? "Hey Chicago, thank you! Now, when ICE stops someone and they have one of these cards identifying them as an illegal alien, we'll immediately take them into custody without further discussion or inquiry. Saves us time and money."
"And, is the address correct and current? Okay, great, give us the list so we can drop by and pick them up!"

I guess American citizens should demand to be able to vote 3 times just to make it fair.
This is a method to slip thru the process but if caught they can be deported.
But will they be deported? If not then the process is flawed.

citizenship, you will be deported. That’s one of the first things they check.”
The Democrats have got the jailbirds covered too.
House Bill 4669 seeks to expand voting opportunities for pretrial detainees in Illinois jails and prisons (who have not yet been convicted of felonies that would bar them from voting) by permitting voter registration drives and polling places to be inside of the correctional facilities.
Similarly, convicted felons are to be afforded the opportunity to be registered to vote upon the completion of their prison terms.
According to the Democrats and their leftist friends at the ACLU, voting is a very important part of “civic engagement.”
The Democrats do not carry if someone is deported tomorrow, provided that the person’s illegally cast vote can be counted today.
Don't bet on it. If one voter used the card to get access to a vote should be charged and/or deported.

A number of LIB-infected municipalities have illegal alien invader ID cards that allow them to register to vote. In a Fed election how do you tell who is an illegal alien invader or not? Arrest the heads of these municipalities. Deport these useless illegal alien invaders.
Have the people of Chicago approved the voting of non-US citizens, whether legal or ill-legally here, to vote in their city elections? And what about the citizens of Illinois, have they approved non-citizens to vote in state elections. If not, then Rahmbo has exceeded his authority.

And the Dems want a straight direct popular vote so that the illegals in NY and CA can determine who the president is.
This is where the Federal Government needs to drop a big hammer on Chicago, and especially the officials that attempt this.

Bring Federal charges against every state or local official that attempts this, and that will put a quick end to it. Make it personal to the people attempting to manipulate our elections, and they will stop it.
And how can you possibly certify the electoral votes from Illinois if the integrity of the vote is in question?

Not sure that is correct, but not in a position at the moment to argue the point. Would you please elaborate?
At a minimum, it would seem to me illegal voting within a state could well influence whether that state sends D's or R's to the federal government.
At the presidential level a state's electors are equal to its number of reps - with the number of reps a function of population, arguably whether that pop is legal or not.
Chicago allows MS 13 to vote because they are their kind of people.
