Feds Hid White-Collar Outsourcing Program From the Public, Says Judge

Federal officials excluded the public when they created a program to help U.S. companies hire hundreds of thousands of foreign graduates in place of American graduates, a D.C. Appeals Court judge said February 20. Law360.com reported the comment, which came during a hearing against the Optional Practical Training outsourcing program:

The judge also challenged [Justice Department lawyer Scott] Stewart … that the latest tweak represented the first time the government actually opened its considerations of the program to public comment. “The public wasn’t involved” in earlier considerations on statutory authority for the program, Judge Edwards told Stewart.

Federal law requires the public be allowed to comment when new regulations are created.

“I have claws up and down my back …. [the judge] was tough on me, but he wasn’t vicious,” said John Miano, the lawyer for the Immigration Reform Law Institute. On behalf of the Washington Alliance of Technology Workers, Miano is suing to shut down the federal “Optional Practical Training” program because the OPT program was illegally created. The OPT program is politically powerful because it is a bonanza for the universities and white-collar employers in the United States.

The program offers work permits to an unlimited number of foreign workers, allowing them to work for up to three years after their graduation in the United States in a wide variety of healthcare, business, or technology jobs. That program allows U.S. universities to effectively sell work-permits to foreign customers and it encourages more college departments to get their program included in the OPT program.

They’re taking the jobs Americans need. Let’s just outsource the American Dream, shall we?

And during that time, they will either find a wife here or bring one over from their homeland, get her pregnant and pop out at least one citizen, thereby setting the anchor for generations to come.

Only mass deportation, at the barrel of a gun if needed, the stripping of benefits and the rescinding of any citizenship that has been granted due to birth in an American hospital, is going to get this country right, again. Anything short of that and this country is doomed. Just a matter of time.

There’s one thing I’d like to see, though. At a future, Bilderberg conference, I’d like to see about 20 JDAMs dropped on that place, to rid this planet of those evil, greedy motherf*ckers!!!

I remember back in the ‘90s when I would go to anti illegal immigration rallies and when I would discuss the problem with my some of my customers. I was a licensed contractor in California and some people would say that I was in a business that couldn’t be helped and that I should be in another profession. I’ve got to be honest, I am glad to see that these white collar folks are getting a taste of what I went through. Maybe they will wake up.maybe not.

I don't know how you could think so. In this eventuality, we will, or would, be under the complete control of foreign interests, with no recourse.

Until politician families and TV news anchors and reporters are replaced by foreign labor, so-called journalists won’t report the story deeply.

The way foreign interests get influence in the USA is simple. They underbid the domestic interests.

Treason without even a good reason. To economists, everything is about money. To God, the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil. What’s the point of paying less money if one is also selling one’s soul?

Here in the northeast this has been going on for decades; Asians are trafficked here to initially fill college seats, then upon graduation they don’t want to return to countries where they’d have to bath in the Ganges or Yangtze Rivers to they stay. They are filling financial sector jobs, and this was a gripe of many “Occupy Wall Street” types - they’d demonstrate outside office buildings as Asians filed past to work their former jobs.

This hasn’t been a “tech industry” problem alone for a long time here; they are our white-collar replacements (complementing the bracero blue-collar replacements), and those two groups will soon be the only populations left here in NJ (with white government employees and black ghetto dwellers making up small percentages as well).

After getting an education US citizens can't afford. How many of these foreign students get scholarships from the college or get subsidized by their home countries?

Not always. I rented to a Chinese roommate and co-worker. One day I came home and he was crying at the kitchen table. I asked why. He handed me a letter. The big insurance client company had cut his rate which caused his consulting company to cut his rate.

His rate had been more than 3 times my rate. It had been cut to 1/3 of its former rate, but was still a little higher than my rate.

Apparently the big insurance company agreed to pay him more because he was Chinese. So he must be smarter and worth the high rate.

But they discovered he was no smarter than the rest of us. He left and went to California where they paid him extra for being Chinese, assuming that meant he was smarter.

Sessions must go, and the whole DOJ must go - a total house cleaning. Right now prior unconstitutionality is maintained by DOJ actions as “institutional protection” for themselves, regardless of the wrong legal arguments prior actions were founded on.
