Watching the Olympics was a big deal when I was a kid, a pleasurable family affair. I tuned in to the 2018 Olympics expecting to enjoy extraordinary performances. Instead, the announcer began introducing the next performer as a hero for the LGBT community. I immediately turned the channel.
Folks, I am so sick of leftists corrupting everything, usurping every opportunity to promote the left's anti-God and anti-America agendas. When will We the People just say no?
A U.S. Olympic team homosexual skater, in essence, gave Vice President Pence his middle finger, refusing to meet Pence. Leftists hate Pence for blocking attacks on religious liberty, stopping Christian businesses from being forced to service same-sex couples' attempts at weddings against their faith.

Johnny Weir has done the impossible. He actually made me miss Dick Button.
I won’t watch figure skating now. I despise them pushing the agenda with Johnny WeirD and his ridiculous fashions and hair that no woman would wear on TV. I don’t want my son to see that.
Also hard to watch the Derby now with this idiot. Ticked they push him on my pastime.

The skater’s pompous whining is nearly as obnoxious as having to stare at Johnny Wier’s latest outfit and hairdo. I can’t watch the coverage live; I tune in to the replays.
True. I also wonder if there’s even a point anymore in doing a prime-time TV broadcast in the U.S. for events that took place hours ago halfway around the world. In the age of the internet, everyone already knows the results of these events long before they’re even shown on TV.

The worst of it all is the figure skater in question isn’t even that good he did not even attempt let alone land a quad in competition... basically a typical little flamboyant catcher who made sure you all knew it was all about him even though he wasn’t all that good

He didn’t even legitimately make the US team.....he was 4th. The powers that be, probably all gay, replaced the 2nd place skater with this loser....
This has been the homo Olympics for USA. So sickening to see the pic slashed everywhere of the male skier kissing his boyfriend on the lips after one of the competitions. ugh

I saw just a small part. Will never watch it.
Haven’t watched much of it because it was clear NBC was pushing the whole homosexual agenda before the games even started.. with their vinette adds with the gay athlete guy claiming how he carries his “community” clearly meaning his sexual orientation, while listing what he carries to the olympics.
I don’t give a flying expletive what your politics are, whether I agree with them or not, I really don’t care, as far as I’m concerned I have no need to KNOW what your politics, let alone your sexual peccadillos are as an athlete or a performer... Go out there and perform, and I may watch and cheer you on, but I am not so brain dead as to think because you are good at tossing a ball, that what you feel, think or say about anything beyond your sport, or form of entertainment matters or is of import in the least to me.
Some of these Athletes think they have something important to say, when in reality other than when it comes to their chosen sport, anything they say has no more import than any other person walking down the street.
Rippon was without question the worst of the worst, clearly not up to the level he should have been to be there, and then just made it all about him all the time, and the media happily paraded him around as some poster child for something important, when in fact, there have been many gay skaters that have come before this want to be diva, and they actually won gold. But they weren’t out there making it all about them, and didn’t define themselves by the fact they can’t understand tab a, slot b and basic biology.
He was a flat out embarrassment on every level.
And then there’s the US Men’s Bobsled team, that seems to think using former football players is a good idea.
One of the bobsledders is named, Hakeem Abdul-Saboor, his team finished 21st.
My wife likes HGTV, they do similar things with homosexual couples. As soon as that is apparent I change channels or leave the room.
In my house I have diminished tolerance.
