It supposedly ended way back when, but what IF it really didn’t?
Now, imagine adding in all modern digital technology and drugs to that mix.
Yeah, whoever or whatever is causing these, definitely needs real quality exploration. Whoever/whatever it is, needs to be permanently “terminated”.
I am quite familiar with MK Ultra. There was a congressional hearing on that program back in the 70s, IIRC. The Unabomber was but one of the victims of this program.
I sincerely doubt that they really quit their experiments, more likely just renamed it and kept on trucking. So heck yeh, I think that it should be investigated-but whoever does it better have top notch security until the results are published.
