Well, if they’re to immature to buy a firearm until they are 21 , then maybe, we should also jack up the voting age, age of consent, age to get married, age they can be drafted, age they can get credit cards or take out a loan.
What about abortions, obviously they can’t make logical decisions until their 21, so no abortion unless you have a parents permission. The possibilities are endless!
They’ll stop once their rights start getting trampled.

Probably going to sell it anyway - as I get older, i don't have as much 'tolerance" for weapons that beat on me. Hmmmmm, maybe a nice AR-15 would make a good compromise....
Banning the gun is not the answer! Unless you answer the question “why are there people whose ‘value system’ allows them to shoot innocents?” you will not stop these shootings.
