Obama was President up to, and beyond, the 2016 Election. So why didn’t he do something about Russian meddling?

He did. I remember a speech where he spoke of Russian meddling and how he had “told Putin to cut it out.” Also, he expelled some 35 diplomats. This was in the fall, a month or so before the election.
Myself, at the time I thought it was odd, kind of out of the blue. It didn’t ring true.
Now, looking back, I see it as “preparing the ground.” The polls he was seeing were probably different from the ones the public was plastered with.
President Obama DID do something. Mounting evidence shows that Obama committed treason by building a lying case about Trump-Russian collusion to get Hillary elected and later bring down the Trump presidency.
Trump’s getting there but will let the wheels of DIVINE justice turn.
i thought he expelled the Russians after the election when the Russia Russia Russia narrative was brewing in the media.
Obama DID do something.
Obama worked to get Hillary into the Presidency to hide the crimes of Hillary and the Obama administration.
Didn’t work out how Obama hoped, though........
And now we know about that which would have been hidden.
Why?
Obama didn’t do anything cos he was too busy funnelling tax dollars and meddling in other elections around the globe.
Is Trump kidding? Obozo was busy coordinating the Russian spying and meddling. He didn’t want to do anything about it.

But, IIRC, Obama started mentioning the Russians pre-election.

Didn’t Obama go so far as to mock Trump—Asserting that no one could tamper with or influence the US electoral process?
OK, thanks. But I thought there was some earlier lead up to the actual expulsion announcement. Wasn’t Obama reassuring us about the integrity of the elections before Election Day in November?

Spot on! The Collusion-gate became a means to distract President Trump from the hard task of draining the Swamp. Because of that, Collusion-gate has morphed into Obamagate. Our nation can no longer have persons in power shirk the laws to do what they want. If we let it go on, we will have hit killings, if that isn’t already happening. JFK comes to mind, here, for me.

Mueller claims that Russians were colluding to influence election before Trump announced he was running.
Mueller did not charge Russians with actually interfering with election, just collusion to interfere. Odd.
I doubt Russians hacked DNC. This could be one of those hoaxes that Leftists like to do. Claim a crime is committed against you and blame your enemy. Hitlery and Sid probably did it to set up Trump. Then, she let 0bama in on it to stop him from throwing her under the bus.

He did. Also a statement from the state department said the diplomatic expulsions were a response not only to hacking but to “a pattern of harassment of our diplomats overseas, that has increased over the last four years, including a significant increase in the last 12 months”.
Mueller said the Russians began meddling in 2014 yet Obama didn’t respond until 2016.
