Rosenstein appointed Mueller not to make $$, Mueller's main task was to get President Trump to fire him so that Trump could be impeached. It was bait and Trump did NOT take it.

Mueller was FBI Dir when the FBI was investigating Russian bribes to Hillary as part of the Uranium ONE scam. Mueller blocked that information. Rosenstein, Mueller, McCabe, Hillary, Hussein.... have effectively blocked their own prosecutions because of the Russia Russia Russia scam.
Unless Trump is impeached or assassinated, Russia is only a delaying action before the arrests begin.
