I can’t imagine these charges would ever stand up in court anyway. I mean — really? Foreign nationals who open Facebook accounts and post comments about U.S. political candidates are breaking the law? LMAO.
As was posted exsewhere on FR, that is part of the evil genius of Robert Mueller. None of these Russians will ever appear in a US court, so Mueller can charge and say anything knowing he won't have to defend the indictments in court.
