The unveiling today of indictments against 13 Russian nationals and three Russian entities has raised speculation that Special Counsel Robert Mueller may be nearing the end of – or has effectively finished – his probe into collusion between the Trump administration and the Russian government.
But sources are telling Bloomberg that this isn’t true.
In addition to obstruction and the various financial improprieties of certain Trump associates, Mueller is still actively investigating collusion.
Earlier today, Trump tweeted in response to the indictment’s release that it effectively vindicates the Trump campaign, since many of the activities cited in the document began in 2014.
Russia started their anti-US campaign in 2014, long before I announced that I would run for President. The results of the election were not impacted. The Trump campaign did nothing wrong – no collusion!

Instead, Mueller’s work is expected to continue “for months” with today’s indictment representing only a small slice of the investigation.
Friday’s indictment of a St. Petersburg-based “troll farm” and 13 Russian nationals should be seen as a limited slice of a comprehensive investigation, the person said. Mueller’s work is expected to continue for months and also includes examining potential obstruction of justice by Trump, said the person, who requested anonymity to discuss an investigation that is largely confidential.
A federal grand jury indicted the Russians for what it alleged was a vast scheme to interfere in the 2016 election and help Trump win. But Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein said at a news conference Friday that there is “no allegation in this indictment that any American was a knowing participant” in the alleged scheme.

Still a hoax. Mueller knows Russia will never extradite these people; therefore there will never be a trial and he will never have to produce his “evidence.”

The joke was after 8 years of wholesale treason and lawlessness under the O’muslim regime, our first special counsel was to ‘investigate’ an incoming lawfully elected President of the United States.
It has always been a sham but the left are deadly serious in their quest to remove President Trump. This is for all the marbles.
Congress needs to demand an end to the Mueller investigation since the supporting evidence for it has proven to be fraudulent and erroneous. Since there is no evidence that required a special counsel in the first place, Congress needs to demand that it be ended immediately.
It is the FBIs job to investigate foreign interference in our elections, not a special counsel’s job. The special counsel was tasked only into investigating potential collusion between Trump and Russia. There is none.
The Mueller investigation needs to be ended, and any INDEPENDENT Russian meddling in our election without any participation from an American, needs to be investigated by the FBI and all indictment requests turned over to DOJ.
The special counsel has no reason to exist, therefore it needs to be ended.
Where the F is Jeff Sessions and why is he allowing the special counsel investigation to continue now that we know the Steele Dossier was completely specious.
Recuser General Jeff Sessions could end it all now if he wanted to.

As was posted exsewhere on FR, that is part of the evil genius of Robert Mueller. None of these Russians will ever appear in a US court, so Mueller can charge and say anything knowing he won't have to defend the indictments in court.
The problem is our side has zero balls.
If the tables were turned, do you think for a second that Eric Holder would've recused himself, allowed for a special counsel, handed over the Justice Dept to an underling, while a Democratic majority congress stepped aside, provided funding, and shrugged their shoulders?

Jeff ‘the beady-eyed deepstate-compromised rat bastard’ Sessions single handily gave legitimacy to the ‘russian collusion’ hoax by his recusal. His pick of Rosenstein as his DAG & his recusal gave us this soviet style special counsel coup. NONE OF IT HAPPENED BY CHANCE.
If Sessions unrecuses himself and puts an end to this farce, I would be shocked.
The intention is to continue it through the 2018 election to hurt Republicans.

No argument there. Most of those pimple-peckered slimeballs want Trump gone as much as the demoncrats.
Whether Mueller disappears now as he should depends entirely on how his “work” is defined. If his work is to explicate Russian “interference” in the election he has done so and has said in the indictment that it had no impact on the election.
If, as I suspect, his work to help coverup Obama/Clinton collusion with the Russians and other illegal activity (e.g., illegal warrant(s), wiretapping and “unmasking”) then he’s got to stay in business to preempt Congressional investigation. Obama/Clinton and the Democrat establishment are probably hoping they’ll win back the House in the midterms and can safely shut down Mueller then.
I don’t know about hourly but I heard from a friend its 10M a year and he has a 3 year contract.
He is not going to disappear. Rather his new red robes will be delivered soon and you may then address him as “Cardinal Mueller”.
Does this just continue until Mueller decides it’s over? He gets paid how much per hour?
