A few thoughts...
1) I think Obama and his corrupt crew are headed for arrest, indictment, conviction, and prison for wanton treason against the United States.
“All the President’s Men Part II” - the sequel is criminally much worse than the original.
2) And oh BTW, the trials should NOT be military tribunals as the Constitution has made adequate provision for trying both government officials and non-government citizens (U.S. Const, Art. I, Sec. 3, Cl. 6; Art III, Sec. 2, Cl 3).
3) Again, to reiterate the nothing burger of these charges and this investigation,

4) Also, why a “special prosecutor”? There’s no constitutional support for such.
The HOUSE is the ONLY body constitutionally assigned to impeach (formal charges) a high government official (US Const. Art. I, Sec. 2, Cl. 5). Thus, it should be the HOUSE that hires investigators and prosecutors for impeachment issues. If there is reasonable suspicion that FBI officials are corrupt, then the HOUSE should investigate and charge if/when probable cause is found.
After impeachment, the SENATE, which is the ONLY body constitutionally assigned to try impeachments (Art. I, Sec. 3, Cl. 6), will have prosecutors lined up and if necessary, investigators.
If it’s for federal crimes done by lower government officials or those not currently in office, then the FBI/CIA should investigate and indict if probable cause is found. The first step in this case is cleaning up the FBI’s own house.
The whole concept of a “special prosecutor” is convoluted. The DOJ is part of the Executive Branch reporting to the President. There is an obvious conflict of interest with a “special prosecutor” assigned by the Executive Branch to investigate the executive Branch.
MAGA means RESTORING our Free Constitutional Republic. We MUST get back to the Rule of Law of the Constitution over the feds. It is precisely the relentless attacks and tyranny of the Delusional Lying Left that we must just as relentlessly pursue reestablishing the Constitution as the Supreme Law of the Land - the ONLY legal protection against the tyranny of the whims of the Rule of Man.

They will not. Ever. Some disassociated underlings such as some leadership posts in DOJ and FBI maybe yes, but Obama and his cabinet people ... no. All findings of guilt for them will be swept under a big cloud of secrecy. Don't get me wrong, I would like to see them arrested and criminally charged and prison time but I just don't feel the GOP has the wherewithal to open this can of worms for future administrations.

You would never impanel a jury of 12 people where each and every one of them would vote to send Obama, Hillary or any of their senior staff to jail. There would always be at least one holdout.
Regarding the just announced indictments, read every word:

There is absolutely nothing in that statement that absolves anyone from a future indictment. I'm afraid the Fat Lady has not sung.
We will see. I think the obama and deep state gang deserve convictions and sentences, but I am not convinced Trump himself wants to go that far against the top government characters. Of course he hates what they did, as do I, but sending Hillary to prison might make the violent left go apesh**.
I have always suspicioned that they are intent on making Russia the Big Bad Boogie Man to us gullible people because Putin has kicked out Soros AND the Rothschilds and Rockefellers -NWO - and, although telling gays and their alphabet craziness that they are free to live their lives as they want in peace- but will NOT spread their propaganda on the streets or in schools and will not adopt.
Our Swamp Creatures are scarred senseless thinking about what might happen if Putin and Trump got together - their front man, Soros, and the NWO would be in grave peril.... The plug would be pulled and the draining would begin.

There's a lot of unconstitutional federal laws that are codified, but they are still invalid and must be rejected and repealed.
Treason is the only crime specifically defined in the Constitution.
Bribery also (Art. II, Sec. 2). Something that BADLY needs enforcing.
It would seem there has to be a way to indict a high official for a codified crime ? (preferably after he\she has been removed from office) A "high official" then can get away with, let's say, Murder?

So, yes, there is a way to indict a high official for a codified crime and, no, "high official" cannot legally get away with Murder. And military courts are not called for in these circumstances under the Constitution.

Trump’s constitutional mandate in the Executive Branch as President of the U.S. is to “take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed” (U.S. Const., Art II, Sec 3).
Unless he grants pardons, he should let the wheels of constitutional justice roll. I think he will.
We need to get back to being a nation of constitutional laws, the Constitution itself being the Supreme Law of the land, which protects our freedoms from the whims and tyranny of the Laws of Man.
