The Justice Department on Friday indicted 13 Russian nationals and three Russian groups of violating criminal laws with the intent to interfere with "with U.S. elections and political processes", according to agency.
According to the agency, "the indictment charges all of the defendants with conspiracy to defraud the United States, three defendants with conspiracy to commit wire fraud and bank fraud, and five defendants with aggravated identity theft."
The indictment says that some defendants "communicated with unwitting individuals associated with the Trump campaign" without revealing their association with Russia. The indictment also says the defendants posted negative information about a number of candidates during the last general election.
"Defendants operations included supporting the presidential campaign on then-candidate Donald J. Trump and disparaging Hillary Clinton" his Democratic rival, according to the indictment.

Mueller is throwing out everything he has left before:
1. Flynn guilty plea is rescinded and case dropped
2. IG report is released which includes some of the trumped up Russian investigation as well as the Hillary email scandal
3. Russian narrative is collapsed when evidence is reveal publicly to the contrary of what they are supposedly investigating
Identity?
They were changing thier names on Facebook to look American.
Pretty petty to me....
Bloggers who posted stuff about Hillary's crimes is now a crime?
Communicated with unwitting agents of the Trump campaign... thats a crime?
Boris and Natasha weren't their real names it seems.
Flimsy.
This is the best they can do? Try as they might - they will never connect any dots between Russia and Donald Trump.
Because there aren’t any.
They must be talking about us. :)
We might be next..pre dawn raids and shake downs in our jammies.
And they actually paid for their AOL account to blog.
You're kidding me, right?
Wire fraud and identity theft?
This could be an attempt to put this to an end while still getting “something”.
Ha. That is exactly what I just posted, but in different words.
The indictment says that some defendants "communicated with unwitting individuals associated with the Trump campaign"
That means - case closed. No collusion. By definition, it take two knowing parties to collude, and the prosecutor wouldn't have gone out of his way to say "unwitting" in a formal indictment if he thought there was any way he could later go after them.
Hopefully you paid cash for your internet access and didn't use a credit card so you can skate on the wire fraud.
it doesn’t matter what charges get dropped or what cases get thrown out or how utterly ridicules the indictment.
all the media need from the leftist brethren in the government is something they can squawk “INDICTMENT” over and over tonight on the news and all weekend long.
After the memo and the clear lies and corruption that lead to Mueller in the first place, all these stooges are still walking free, all STILL HAVE JOBS, or were hired like Comey as a professor to teach ethics..LMAO!!!!!
Where is the punishment? Exactly.
Mueller just keeps spending our money, handing it out to his shyster buddies on his team of “investigators”
And the media still pretends this is all real, and the dems keep winning special elections in local races.
The move is for the mid terms. Mueller won’t stop.
Its a joke.
Russia will never extradite them both because they couldn’t receive a fair trial here and the American indictment doesn’t even allege collusion.
Its just accuses Russians of funding Trump and speaking against Hillary. Huh? Even foreigners have free speech rights.
Expect this indictment to be squashed.
There were some real accuations there, but only against the endicted. They also exonerated the Trump team in the “they didn’t know they were Russians” statement. And they never even say that what they talked with them about was a crime. If this is the end, it’s a big nothing and impossible to spin otherwise, though they will try desperately.
