The Supreme Court will hold a closed-door meeting to decide whether to take up a lower court opinion that blocked the White House plan to end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, a program at the forefront of the debate on illegal immigration.
In an unusual move, the nation's highest court will consider the possibility of reviewing the opinion without a ruling from a federal appeals court

Nice thought but it is not going to happen. It needs 60 votes in the Senate and that is not happening. I have been reading about splitting the 9th since the 80s. Nothing has happened and it won’t happen.

DACA was not an EO. It was a policy memorandum issued by Janet Napolitano, Homeland Security Secretary, in June 2012.

DACA is/was/still is an illegal and unconstitutional proclamation which never should have been put in place.
It completely goes against protecting our country.
Homeland Security should be making our homeland secure, not turning it over to illegal insurgent criminal invading colonists.

Unless/until Roberts fesses up to what info the Rats are using to blackmail him, I don’t expect much good from him.
The SC already ruled against state meddling in immigration, in Arizona v US, when the governor proceeded to follow a local law that mimicked US immigration law. I don’t know how all these lower courts are getting around that recent ruling.

One can only hope that a few SC Justice are angry and are going to clamp down on these wayward activist lower court Federal judges and issue a ruling that prevents their sabotage of Trump's legitimate Executive orders.
