Big combat operations, like Wagner Group conducted, were done by militaries. Many joined our coalition - the Poles sent a whole Division. Special Forces from many countries conducted many secret missions, and private military contractors pulled some triggers as well - but on small special missions, like going after a certain individual.

I think we put mercenaries into situations where we don’t want official body counts. Big, little, doesn’t matter. The important part is the obfuscation.
