REV. Juliet Dita Germanotta D.D. Will be Seeking to be elected to represent the People. She has already giving so much of her life fighting the good fight.. Working for the people, She said she will fight for the citizens & she will. She will work to keep us fiscally responsible by questioning expenses. she said she would always be transparent and do so by sharing the thought process behind votes cast. And the past Sometimes she agreed with others, sometimes she did not, but she always has one single objective in mind and that is to be a voice for our citizens and to ensure we are not passing an undue burden onto those with low or fixed incomes. I’ve never felt the need to apologize for standing up for the citizens of are city. Nor will I apologize now when the need arises to stand up for my friends, and people. For far too long, I have heard about some people in our community who continuously threatens those who disagree with city actions or whom associate with me through friendship. I hope to be elected because I run a fair campaign. I have seen others run and win ignoring there citizens, because they had/ have deep pockets. Well we are all ready for some change & I am running to bring that change. Yes, my approach goes against the status quo but I hope to be elected. And not elected to simply follow along with current agendas. I want to be voted on and win because I have no agenda other than to question what we do and work to find ways to reduce our debt burden while keeping our city on a progressive and productive path. I agree with a lot of what we’ve done over the years, but clearly not everything, and when something is not right I do what any person should do, and ask the tough questions. As an individual representing the citizens, there will be times we disagree. That is expected with the territory. I will respect the opinions of others but will stand behind my opposition on matters when they could negatively impact citizens, businesses or the community. You are either in support of diversity and accepting of everyone in our community or you’re not. I LOVE DIVERSITY... As a activist she has been fighting for Transgender people and for people living with HIV/AIDS. Fighting for Right's/ Health Care/ Housing, Along with fighting for Behavior & Mental Health And Domestic Violence Victims for many year's. We are all human before all the adjectives. I should not have to beg you, fight in court or anything else to have my humanity respected. True freedom comes from being totally independent from people who will never give you the respect you deserve. Equality for me is not achieved by making laws to force people to tolerate you. #LIVEYOURETRUTH
