Never a Democrat vote in your life? Commendable. I used to split my ticket locally and in the district congressional race to vote for people I knew who did a good job; that was before the RATs illness spread to the lower ranks.

Luckily when I was in Jr. High I discovered "Firing Line". Flipping channels one night on our basement T.V., I heard this guy with a weird accent. (Buckley). I was enthralled, started watching every week and luckily I listened to what he was saying.
My dad found out what I was doing and I think he thought I was strange. Met Buckley's son several years ago and told him that story and I think he agreed with my dad!
Personally I feel I lucked out big time and thank God for Mr. Buckley.
