Judge Nicholas G. Garaufis said the administration does have the power to revoke DACA, but it must give a sound reason for doing so — and the Homeland Security Department’s September 2017 rationale fell far short of what is required in that regard.

If revoking an executive order (or executive action) requires a strong rationale, you would think an even stronger rationale would have been necessary for creating DACA in the first place. Obama gave absolutely no such rationale - he presented no facts as to why DACA recipients are so indispensable to America that they require special protection from deportation, other than some typical liberal touchy-feely rhetoric about "social justice".

I’m beginning to think the founders f-—ed up when they established a judiciary. i’m starting to favor a benign dictatorship.
