WOW, Mr. President are truly looking out for all Americans, the Taxpayers, even the people who are receiving this aid.
They will discover to get better things in life you have to earn it.

If you are poor, chances are close to 99% that it’s because you have made poor choices. Why should you be trusted to magically make intelligent choices about food?
Furthermore, instead of subsidizing farmers for not growing things or not being able to deal with variations in crop yields, the bumper crops could be channelled into this program.
It’s a win-win-win. Taxpayers win, farmers win, kids whose parents used to buy booze with EBT-derived money win.
