Former federal prosecutor Joe diGenova conducted a radio interview earlier today with WMAL where he outlines some of the nuance within the Schiff memo and the response from the FBI. Worth listening:
1. He said that “law enforcement concerns” in FBI Director letter to Dems on their memo means “code for” there’s an ongoing criminal investigation going on involving the FISA warrant applications
2. That Priestap and others within the FBI and DOJ are cooperating with the criminal investigation

Oh yeah, he’d make a superior SC. Or AG:) I’m about out of patience with our current AG. I was over the moon when Trump picked him. I’ve followed Sessions for many years and am not recognizing this guy. I don’t speculate on 4D chess, I’m just looking at what’s apparent. He doesn’t seem right for this spot.
He said those were just the investigations into leakers. Apparently there are a lot more investigations in addition to those.
All of the investigations DiGenova speaks of are going on under the authority of AG Sessions.
