Note she shows no remorse over the SCOTUS being partisan - only that it be PERCIEVED as being partisan.

Also she is saying that the left shouldn’t have tried to oppose Gorsuch’s confirmation.
She seems to be actually trying to tell her political side to not be so partisan.
