No not yesterday. Maybe today. We’ll see.
BTW...the ospreys are back to the Savannah nest. I’m glad. Hate seeing an empty nest! :)

Glad someone is using that nest. Sure with it was the owls though. I really miss them.
Got a great glimpse of the pip at Berry this afternoon. And that lil eaglet was chirping away in there ..... lemme out! lemme out! Baby has some strong lungs. It was loud.
I saw that too! That baby is sure taking its sweet time being hatched. Haven’t checked again tonight, though. Need to do that.
It was good to see the ospreys again. Hope they have a more successful nesting season than they did last year! On a good note, the Sauces eagles still have unbroken eggs, unlike past years when they broke not long after being laid.
Not much to see tonight because it’s raining. Ma isn’t letting rain get on that egg so is blocking the view when she stands to do an egg roll.
I’ll have to start checking in on Savannah since the ospreys are going to try again. I hope they learned not to leave a tiny baby alone on that nest after last year’s disaster.
I haven’t seen the Sauces nest but people mention it pretty regularly in the DH chat. Maybe they’ll get lucky this year.

LOL! That IS a brave mousie! It amazes me how many will hang out on eagle or owl nests and they survive!

I guess they let the mousies live to clean up little messes for them. LOL! They would make a tasty snack, though. :)

That or eagles just aren’t hungry at night and the mousies know it.
It sure would be nice if these egg hold up and the eagles get to be parents this year.

That was fast considering how tiny the pip was this afternoon. That’s a strong lil eaglet!
I hope E11 waits until Wed. to hatch so we’ll have another Valentine eaglet like last year.
That would make it perfect! And would keep them close enough together for a fair fight in the bonking war. :)
