Our hearts and prayers are with the Westerville officers, their friends, families and the Westerville Police Department at this difficult time. We are indebted to the brave men and women who don the blue and the badge day in and day out to keep our communities safe. Sometimes, those officers dont make it home at the end of a shift. Now is one of those times and we as a community must rally behind the families and fellow officers," State Senator Kevin Bacon said in a press release.
Thanks.
A lot of cops being shot since Black History Month started, it seems.
Two in Ohio
Three in Georgia
One in Texas
One in Colorado
That’s 7 in less than a week. Am I missing any? Did I miss a BLM/Antifa declaration of war?
Super nice upscale suburb of Columbus. Just horrible.
Oops, I missed the Memphis officer grazed by a bullet. And the one shot in Peoria on February 1 for my Black History Month count.
That’s 9 for the month.
Harford County, MD lost two deputies 2 years ago today in an ambush. It brought the county together like nothing else could. People lined the entire 40 mile funeral procession.
This has to stop.
This is a white suburb. Probably no blacks involved.

Your friend needs to seek professional help for his delusional paranoia and not carry a weapon until he is well.

Most Antifas are white.

The peak years were in the 1970’s. Even during the Obama years, the numbers have been relatively low, although he may have stymied a fall in the numbers with his inflammatory rhetoric. Per capita, it is safer to be a cop today than it has been for most of the last 100 years.

Where’s the picture of the KILLER?
Who’s delusional? I don’t know where you get your info but being a LEO is ranked 9th most dangerous job in the US. It happens to be my cousin & he isnt suffering from paranoia, he is a fine Deputy 2018 already 13 line of duty deaths!
Look - this article isnt the appropriate place to hash out the data. I understand why Police Unions are big promoters of the exaggerated data. Its the Unions role after all.
