You need to get whatever that link is into .pdf format or similar .. the url that displays will keep anyone with a modicum of computer security concern from d/l it.
No offense, but I won’t touch it unless my browser’s url id says it’s something recognizable.
.. and even then it’ll be scanned a couple times before opening.
