I’m sorry but Trump’s comment on it today was Idiotic in the Extreme.
I didn’t hear it, so I can’t comment on it.
"He also, as you probably know, says he's innocent and I think you have to remember that," Trump said in an told reporters in the Oval Office in an unscheduled photo-op. "He said very strongly yesterday that he's innocent so you have to talk to him about that, but we absolutely wish him well, he did a very good job when he was at the White House."
You should probably take it to heart.

Look at the the hit jobs against Trump, Newt, Pence, The Mooch, Rudy, Dr Carson, Sherif Clarke and many more and tell me why this is not another attempt by the media to denigrate a patriot ?

The President is right to remind us not to rush to judgment. Keep in mind the same people crucifying Porter did the opposite with Bill Clinton.
