The Judge was not duped. The Judge was at least a willing soldier. More likely part of the plan. Notice he has not withdrawn the approval. If he does he is admitting he was deceived and shuts down the Rat/MSM blow back. They included a CYA footnote that alluded to a possible political element to the justification just in case we got to this point. My guess they knew how to keep it just inside the legal line.
