Frankly, after reading this they both have a loose screw. The sister’s belief in society is fine, but the part about her sister wanting to kill her all the time is pretty weird too.

Unless true of course. The fact that her sister was being prescribed Lithium gives some cause for concern and drinking and taking other drugs on top is a recipe for instability.

Believe me they come out of the egg antisocial. They are threatening and dangerous.
I have spoken to a number of people who has rageful controlling and murderous sibs. The sibs start with animals.
