And soon, one in California likely will be tasked with deciding whether Jahi McMath, for whom a death certificate was issued several years ago, is alive.
After all, she responds to questions by moving her hands and feet, and she answers her mother with a squeeze of her hand.
The London Daily Mail reported a hearing is scheduled in court in California March 18, and a trial is expected to be held later.
The 13-year-old girl has been on a ventilator for four years since something went wrong during a tonsillectomy in 2013, and doctors declared her dead.

WND reported when a judge ruled, stunningly, evidence indicated the death certificate should not have been issued, and a jury would have to decide.

It is the lawyers and judges in California that are brain dead. To any human being with a functional soul, she is very much alive.
Unfortunately many people with souls hammered into an unconscious state by sin walk the streets and populate juries.
Obviously the Doctor who did this to her, then tried to dump his obligations to his patient by having her previous diagnosed as dead so he could kill her by withholding life support should be paying for life support.
I have a simple solution, ask her if she wants to live, and remove the doctor and Lawyers licence.
I did not as who should be paying her medical bulls.
It’s the UK, it’s socialized medicine, that’s why a living girl is pronounced dead by “doctors “ who are politicians with stethoscopes.
