This time, the New England Patriots were the victims of a Super Bowl comeback.
MVP Nick Foles threw for three touchdowns and caught another as the Eagles defeated the Patriots 41-33 in Super Bowl LII in Minneapolis, Minn. Sunday night to win the franchises first NFL championship since 1960.

Chris Long is one ugly a$$ pusi.
Howie Long should hang his head in shame.
No they are not rioting. One guy lit fireworks in the crowd, but there are YUGE crowds downtown and they are just yelling and cheering.
Glad to hear it. The Eagle bastards have already said they aren’t going to the White House. That’s good. It will save taxpayers a lot of money and it is kind of tacky inviting a bunch of millionaires into “the people’s house” anyway.
large fights now breaking out
A Traitors game
Philadelphia fans are prone to riot and destroy when one of their teams win, so SWAT and Fire Department undoubtedly are on alert.
So many records shattered, and Foles catching the TD is legend already.
As Michaels and Collinsworth pointed out, most Super Bowls bog down sometime in the game. This one was full-throttle from start to finish.
And though not much of a Timberlake fan, that halftime show was fantastic, and bringing a marching band on the field was a genius touch.
And NO politics at all, on the field or from the media. Good show all around. Football as it should be.
“riot and burn the town”
It’s a odd way to celebrate to be sure. But it’s nothing new. Many years ago my college team won a big game and the rowdy element hooligans, fueled by 32 beer, celebrated by starting out heaving beer cans at visiting Cornhuskers, then by heaving a compact car through a shop window.
But that was big news. Today it’s not unusual to see lots of things like that happen, followed by shrugs and tut tuts, and that’s a sign of the times I reckon. Thugball. It’s a shame.
3.2 beer=watered hops
Yay!
Good for Philly, good for an upstart back-up, and good for my anti-NE/Brady/Belichik heart.
I didn’t watch this season so I wasn’t going to ruin it by watching tonight. Not that it would matter but I don’t need the extra stress anyway. Here in Bucks there was lots of fireworks and car horns.
I’m very happy for you and all the Eagles fans in my family. Being a woman I don’t get upset when they lose a game.
I’m also glad I bought my son an eagles shirt for Christmas. I was tempted to burn it because of the kneeling (I’m a Gold star sister) but it was up to him. I hope he wears it to work tomorrow. They didn’t kneel.
Could not care less...
Where are you hearing that?
The coach, MVP QB, and the TE who caught the game-winner each gave glory to God first in their comments on the big stage.
hes the only reason i watched..once he retires, ill have zero interest in that criminal league.
more fights breaking gout..cars being flipped....police calling for backup at multiple locations...
YES !!! I was yelling at CC all thru the game. What a know it all *prick. I loved it when the refs made the call and he was wrong.
No one kneeled - everyone was respectful. I’m sure you wouldn’t appreciate me judging your family because of the antics of a few of your relatives.
