I refused to watch it but the whole game is on YouTube so it is available and the NFL/NETWORK doesn’t get the ratings.

If they had lost , the people of philly would have rioted and burned the town.
The outside temperature was 2 degrees. I doubt anyone riots when it is that cold regardless of the reason

Now, here'a guy, who thinks he's cool, like Grunden, but he's not and he never shuts up but he blathers inxessantly, and he's in the tank for the Patriots - everything is measured against Brady, and he likes stupid, unpopular rules, and you wrap him up, like a mummy, in ducktape, especially his mouth.

I meant “Gruden”, Collinsworth’s commentary must have given me a slight case of CTE.

I guess you mussed the game they played in London last fall..........

It seemed that every commercial after the halftime was an SJW commercial. Boring and predictable. The ONE commercial we enjoyed was......oh wait, they were all pretty pathetic.

IIRC, there was an early (before the 4:00PM pregame) spot about a Philly fan who died last year. He requested that his pallbearers all be Eagles so......wait for it.....they could let him down one more time. The spot interviewed the guys wife.

Agree. And the third one where the receiver took two steps after receiving the ball and hit the end zone dirt where the ball popped out of his hands. Al Michaels (who I dont think is a Patriots fan) said that the first touchdown you named and the last one should not be awarded. I missed the illegal line on the Foles touchdown. SO, the refs (who may have been worried about appearing to favor the Patriots, after all the whining by the Patriot haters) gave the Eagles the game, with three questionable touchdown calls by the refs FOR the Eagles.

That hit on Cooks was not within the targeting rule. He was a runner, running one way and looking another. Now the spear of Brady on the same play wasnt called.

I thought the defense couldnt hit the quarterback when his arm is extended to throw? Am I wrong? Is that just in high school?

Agree. That helmet to helmet hit made me pretty angry. And that guy was a go-to guy for Brady. All in all Id have to say that the refs were pretty much in the tank for the Eagles.\
