Appears the Executive branch through independent Inspectors General and the Office Director National Security, in addition to the Justice Department, are tasked with oversight of the FISA court.

Interestingly enough, Obama’s Justice Department kneecapped the Independent Inspector Generals Office in 2015. Michael Horowitz of the IG investigating Operation Fast and Furious was not amused.

Heritage.org report details JD neutering of the IG office. This action by the Justice Department at BHO behest needs scrutiny in context of FISA abuse.

DNI and Attorney General were corrupt. The IG Office wouldn't back the BHO play. The IG was then handicapped by a Justice Department ruling which restricted access to information.

I scanned over the Heritage article, as it was lengthy
And I read the final article.

I did not see any reference to FISA court oversight.

Please copy and paste the paragraph on who provides oversight
over FISA courts based on the links you provided.
