What’s for lunch? I’m starved and getting ready to make egg salad with sugar cookies on the side.....
Well, Fishtalk made me hungry for grits, so I started fryin up a big skillet of bacon, made me a batch of bacon gravy. Then while the grits were cookin, I fried up 4 eggs, sunny side up.
Mmmmm.... I'm down to just the last piece of bacon and an egg yolk...the last bite of grits. Now a sip of nice hot black coffee. Ahhhhhh.
