True, but men get the better jobs and the bigger salaries, so they are generally a happier bunch.
I don’t think that explains why so many women exhibit such poor leadership skills. In many cases, they seem tense and afraid all the time, and become very ‘reactive’.
I think part of it has to do with the lack of cultural references in women to power; but in general, I think it’s the nature of the beast.
