Gosar means ‘sedition’. It’s embarrassing.
Indeed, it’s a perfect illustration of “sedition” not “treason”.
Treason could still be on the table, but not from anything mentioned in this memo.
Gosar means sedition. Its embarrassing.

I understand what you mean . . . but, not really. The average American wouldn’t have ANY idea with the word “sedition” means, but “treason” will get the meaning across.
No, it’s treason. Sedition is for those outside the gubbermint. Plus the gubbermint, for all intents and purposes, has already been overthrown.
Are these rabid lefties not levying war against the U.S. and our Constitution?
Why yes. Yes they are. It’s called a conspiracy of high treason. They are domestic enemies in the govt itself. There is no higher form of treason.
Yes, and cheapening the term “treason” isn’t helpful either IMO.
Barry and Hill could very well have left a clear paper trail for treason.
But you really can’t go missing when you swing that word around.
You are correct, However, the way progressives have worked this thing through, they are the enemy, as opposed to helping the enemy. So, it is treason, but not technically.
Even Trump in a tweet called it Treason. In reference to the Strzok guy.
trea·son
noun
the crime of betraying one’s country, especially by attempting to kill the sovereign or overthrow the government
In the US, treason is limited by the Constitution (3.3):
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
Using the law enforcement powers of the executive branch to illegally spy on and thwart the campaign efforts of a political rival running for the office of president, and to further use these powers in an effort to overturn the results of a presidential election is an attempted coup.
An attempted coup is treason.
Both sedition and treason charges are applicable.
