I haven’t read the rest of this thread, so maybe you’ve already got an answer.
Currently, there are a couple repositories of these emails.
The Podesta stuff from a couple years ago is at wikileaks.com
Some Hillary stuff is in the wikileaks archive.
All the newly released emails referred to in the original post are the link provided at foia.state.gov
