I haven’t noticed the FBI or DOJ offering to fill in the “omissions” so that the memo will not be misleading.

I havent noticed the FBI or DOJ offering to fill in the "omissions" so that the memo will not be misleading. That's because it's not their job to fill in "omissions" in a House committee report.
Their job was to review the memo and identify anything in it that compromises national security or law enforcement matters.

I havent noticed the FBI or DOJ offering to fill in the omissions so that the memo will not be misleading. Of course not, that would risk "sources and methods" of classified intelligence, like relying on foreign ex-spies concocting opposition research with campaign donations laundered through a law firm to hide the origin.
