President Trump is expected to approve the release of a classified memo spearheaded by the staff of House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes.
According to a Thursday afternoon pool report, a White House official confirmed upon arrival to West Virginia that the president "has read the memo."
Trump will declassify the controversial four-page memo that reportedly details surveillance abuses by the Department of Justice and FBI, and send it back to House Intelligence for a Friday morning release.

Classified technicalities such as means and methods should not be in the memo in the first place, and hopefully aren’t.
The memo is derived from a 99 page Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court Memorandum, Opinion and Order from last April which apparently does delve into classified capabilities. I can’t say for sure because the copy I’ve seen is significantly redacted.

Which raises an interesting point - why did derp state EVER decide to throw in with the Hill-billy Mafia? Was it because the Arky grifters simply would not bother them about their own misdeeds?
So it's all or nothing? By way of hypothetical example, the WH couldn't object to disclosing say one paragraph in a 30 page dociument that HSPCI decides to disclose to the public, but has to object to disclosing the whole thing. Wow. I didn't know that. My read of the House rule is that the House is the entity that is effectively declassifying, but the president has a form of veto (that can be over-ridden) in that he can object to the public disclosure.
