Sharyl Attkisson @SharylAttkisson Have you ever seen so many open-government groups and reporters argue to keep secret alleged government abuses against US citizens? 6:33 PM - 31 Jan 2018 https://twitter.com/SharylAttkisson/status/958891141642047488

RELEASE THE MEMO NOW !!
The longer this is delayed the more it will become irrelevant. I'm starting to think it's too late now.
Lastly, memo or no memo, it does not change the fact that many people in very high positions in our government committed and continue to commit very serious felonious crimes. These actors must be indicted and if found guilty need to be sent to prison for a long time. America will only be great very temporarily if these criminals don't see jail time. If they walk say goodbye to our republic.

As I suggested last night, the only reason that Schiff is even making this "Hail Mary" attempt is the likelihood that committee members are at the GOP retreat in West Virginia. Any revote he thought he could force would have to wait until the retreat ends; only then would another five-day countdown begin.
The other factor could be that if House committee members were forced to leave the retreat early to expedite a revote, then Schiff successfully disrupts the GOP strategy session.
Looking back to look forward, one is reminded that Boehner, Ryan, or McConnell would never try such obstruction tactics against Democrats no matter how many times Democrats had done it to them. Even now, McConnell falls back to the pattern of letting Schumer have free reign to dominate Senate messaging when Republicans win victories.

When Schiff ran out to the cameras after the vote the Dems could not hide the terror in their eyes.
